The Saxonia is one of Lange's signature pieces, being the first watch introduced by Walter Lange and Gunther Blümlein after the company's re-establishment in their Saxon home town. Having remained in the catalogue throughout, the Saxonia has enjoyed a number of technical improvements whilst retaining the Lange & Söhne's signature slender geometric case, hand-finished three-quarter plate manually-wound movement (with 45-hr reserve), screwed-in gold chatons, frosted solid silver argenté dial, and solid gold hands & hour batons. Anti-reflective sapphire front and rear. Fitted to a hand-made chestnut brown alligator strap with rose gold Lange buckle.
