We ship locally in the UK and internationally to most destinations. In each case, we use a tracked service, with the parcel insured for the full value. Parcels are well-packed in plain packaging that does not readily identify the sender.

Shipping within the United Kingdom, including Channel Isles and Isle of Man
We use a variety of carriers including Royal Mail, commercial couriers such as DHL and FedEx, and a range of private couriers. We determine which carrier to use depending on the distance to the delivery address and the value of the goods.
The cost of carriage and insurance is included in the price of the goods (free shipping).
We normally dispatch Tuesdays to Thursdays. If payment is received before 2pm, we typically dispatch the same day. Delivery is normally next-day for most destinations on the British mainland and Northern Ireland.
Shipping within the European Union
We use a variety of commercial couriers including DHL and FedEx, and a selection of private couriers. We determine which carrier to use depending on local needs, distance to the destination, and the value of the goods.
We normally dispatch Tuesdays to Thursdays. If payment is received before 2pm, we typically dispatch the same day. Delivery is normally next-day for most destinations in Continental Europe.
If we are able to use mainstream couriers, such as DHL and FedEx, then the cost of carriage and insurance is included in the price of the goods (free shipping). However, delivery to some destinations, for example Estonia, can take longer due to the relative infrequency of flights or if normal couriers don’t serve the region. In such a case, a specialist courier may be able to fulfil the consignment, but due to the price of this, we do not normally offer free shipping in such cases. We can, however, assist with negotiating preferential costs and managing the logistics.
There are no import duties for goods shipped between the United Kingdom and countries in the European Union, although consignments are subject to local VAT.
Norway, Switzerland, Lichtenstein
Import duties are payable by the consignee (purchaser) upon importation of watches.
Rest of the World
We aim to deliver to most international destinations, but this is limited by whether our couriers serve those countries. For destinations not served by mainstream courier services such as DHL or FedEx, we can often arrange a specialist courier. In such a case, we do not offer free shipping. We can, however, assist with negotiating preferential costs and managing the logistics.
We ship many watches to the U.S.A., Australia, and Japan. Most countries outside the E.U. impose an import duty on wristwatches, although this varies. The U.S.A., for example, applies only a small tariff. Hong Kong imposes no tariffs. Clients are advised to check locally to determine the likely additional cost.
Delivery times outside Europe are typically between 3 and 6 days.
