Only in production for 4 years (2008-2012), this 18ct rose gold IWC with small sub-seconds and glossy opaline dial, draws inspiration from the vintage 1939 Portugieser, introduced to celebrate 140 years of IWC.

Its oversized 44mm rose case is deceptively slim, so wears comfortably on the wrist despite its larger proportions. Visible through the panoramic exhibition sapphire caseback, is IWC's important hand-wound calibre 98235; an upgraded movement with large regulator, high-grade shock-resistance and adjustable to 5-positions, all adapted from IWC's historic calibre 98, found in their hunter pocket watches of the 1930's. Waterproof to 30m, fitted to a brown alligator leather IWC strap, and secured by its rose gold pin buckle.
