In superb condition, this solid yellow gold 35mm gents IWC houses the famously reliable 8541 automatic calibre movement with date, and even comes with its original presentation box from 1978! The double stamped owl on the caseback tells us that this 18ct gold dress watch was destined for the French market whilst the 'Aprior' marks on the dial indicate that the hands and hour markers are also crafted in solid gold (the same 'sigma' markers were used on Rolex dials at this time). Fitted to a brown alligator strap with vintage IWC pin buckle and covered by our 2 year Watch Club warranty.
