Laurent Ferrier
Galet Classic
Tourbillon Double Spiral
This is a rare opportunity to own one of Laurent Ferrier's most important works, as extremely rare, entirely hand-made watches continue to achieve astonishing world record prices.
Making around 250 watches per year, Laurent Ferrier is one the greatest living independent watchmakers; previously working at Patek Philippe for 40 years, a senior in their complications department, before founding his own coveted brand in 2008.
Introduced just two years later, this 18ct yellow gold Galet Classic Tourbillon Double Spiral (current retail is 180,000 CHF) was so impressive, it won 1st prize at the prestigious GPHG in Switzerland. It features an ivory enamel 'grand feu' dial, with slim roman numeral hour markers, subsidiary seconds with red minute track, and delicate typeface displaying 'Tourbillon Double Spiral'. The large 41mm yellow gold case houses Mr. Ferrier's hand-wound calibre FBN 916, revealing the single-bridged Tourbillon on the reverse.
Presented as new, with its Laurent Ferrier wooden box, watchmakers loupe, and LF warranty certificate. Under our two-year warranty.
