Omega
Speedmaster "Ed White"
"Omega Extract from Archive"
This rare 1967 Pre-Moon Speedmaster 'Ed White' ref. 105.003-65 is a real collectors piece and a shrewd investment. Sporting the earlier 'straight lugs' 40mm case in stainless steel, with the original dot over 90 and dot diagonal to 70 tachyméter bezel (with accent over the É). The beautifully preserved (applied Omega logo) step dial, features its original tall markers tritium 'T Swiss T" notation at 6 o'Clock, this is one of the best examples we have seen in a long time. Powered by the most celebrated movement Omega have ever produced; the manually-wound calibre 321, originally starting life as a collaboration between Omega and Lemania. This important Speedy is accompanied by its extract from archive supplied by Omega, confirming it was originally retailed in the UK in March 1967.
