Powered by the manufacturer's first self-winding chronograph movement, the Calibre CH 28-520 IRM QA 24H features a vertical disk clutch mechanism, for improved accuracy and allows the central chronograph hand to operate as a permanent running-seconds display. Unlike a traditional chronograph, the minute and hour chrono counters are ingeniously displayed within one combined sub-dial, creating room to display the full annual calendar cleanly.

The 40.5mm solid platinum case is set with Patek's signature secret diamond, discreetly hidden at 6, fitted to a brand new blue matte alligator strap and fastened with its platinum Calatrava Cross deployant clasp.
