Presented in like new condition, the 40.5mm case combines an annual calendar function with a fly-back chronograph. The annual calendar only requires one adjustment a year, at the end of February, as the movement remembers the long and short months of a year. The fly-back chronograph allows for precision timing due to its ability to reset the chronograph back to zero without the need to stop the timer first. Powered by Patek Philippes' first in-house self-winding chronograph movement, cal.CH 28-520 IRM QA 24H.
