Combining two of Patek's most popular complications; the self-winding flyback chronograph with Annual Calendar, the Patek Philippe ref. 5905P in solid Platinum is remarkable for its simplicity in design. The patented Annual Calendar automatically takes into account the 30 and 31-day months, thus requiring only one correction per year, at the end of February. 

Distinguished by its concave bezel and hollowed flanks, as with all platinum examples, the 42mm case has a brilliant diamond set at six o'clock, the sunburst blue dial elegantly displays the day, date and month in 3 separate window apertures. Within the subsidiary seconds counter there is a day/night indicator, which assists when adjusting the calendar.
