Designed by Gilbert Albert, the asymmetric "Ricochet" watches have proved to be some of the rarest and most valuable watches in Patek's history... There are only 7 other of these ref.788/1 pocket watches are known to exist and of those only 2 have the same baton dial, the remaining watches left the factory with the more common 'sector dial' that is often modified to look like this rarer, easier to read version. This example is in perfect condition and remarkably comes with its original Patek fitted pouch and presentation box.
