Exclusive to the first years of production (2000-2003) of this reference, a select few of these white dial Daytonas ref. 116520 developed a gorgeous creamy patina, earning its 'Panna' nickname. Extremely rare to find, this is only our second example in over three years.
Rolex's first in-house self-winding Chronograph calibre 4130, waterproof to 100m and fitted to the solid end link '78490' Oyster bracelet. Accompanied by its Rolex box, service pouch, and latest generation Rolex service card with digital NFC tag, displaying official Rolex service records.
