This Daytona Cosmograph Panda ref 6263 from 1982, has everything we love about the model, from the correct 'P302' screw down chrono pushers and original MK III black acrylic tachymeter bezel, however the star is without doubt the absolutely staggering silver soleil dial, which is one of the nicest we've ever photographed.

The big red writing 'Daytona' printed above the six o'clock dial register is written in a serif font, and the dial's creamy luminous dots match exactly the luminous in the hands. This model is the last of the hand-winding/perspex glass Daytonas (cal 727), that were produced until 1987, after which Rolex introduced the automatic movement/sapphire glass ref 16520.
