Without a doubt this "stick dial" 16710 Pepsi is the rarest and most coveted of all the sapphire glass GMT II's.

One of the very last 16710's to be retailed before being discontinued, the final batch of GMT-II's were upgraded with the dual-time 3186 calibre movement, only in the late 'Z serial' range, like in this beautiful example. Making this even more desirable is the sought-after 'stick dial', (note the '||' moniker instead of the Roman numeral II), only found in the last batch to leave Rolex.
