When we first put this vintage gold 1675 away in the safe we simply labelled it "1978 Gold GMT, A Beauty!". This is exactly what the watch looked like when it left the Rolex factory, the full gold lugs with perfect chamfers (just look again at the pictures!) and a pristine brown dial and bezel. Fitted to the original riveted Oyster bracelet, totally complete with its original Rolex box, certificate (correctly embossed for the Modern Art Studio, who supplied many of the exotic crested dials), tags, booklets and even the bill of sale.
