This solid gold vintage GMT-Master from 1979 is incredibly beautiful and in remarkable condition. One of the last 1675 models produced before the transitional 16750 models were introduced, this example sports a beautiful maroon-brown, heavily serifed dial. The large waterproof Oyster case has barely been touched over the last 40 years, the chunky crown guards and lugs are as imposing as ever. Powered by the automatic 1575 calibre movement this GMT was considered so important by its previous owner that they put together a book on it with some lovely close up shots (although not as nice as ours!).
