It's becoming increasingly rare to find an all original vintage 5513 Submariner with correct Mercedes hands & bezel insert, so we were delighted with this 1972 example. Featuring a beautiful Mark I serifed dial, with creamy tritium hour markers, perfectly matched by the original 'Mercedes' hands & lume pearl at 12 of its rare (never replaced) fat font serifed aluminium bezel. Aesthetically, this 40mm Sub retains its sharp case lines and finishing, attesting to the remarkable condition of this vintage watch. Powered by Rolex's self-winding calibre 1520 movement, waterproof to 200m, and fitted to its correct '9315' folded link Oyster bracelet.
