This vintage 18ct yellow gold ultra-slim gents Vacheron Constantin features a beautiful ivory textured dial, with yellow gold applied hour markers and their famous Maltese cross moniker at 12. Powered by Vacheron's hand-wound ultra-thin movement, and water-resistant to 25m. Fitted to a Chestnut brown Crocodile strap, fastened by its yellow gold pin buckle. Complete with its Vacheron Constantin black leather bi-folding pouch, and certificat d'origine dated Christmas eve 1984.
