This beautiful Wakmann 1960s chronograph has aged beautifully, with the black sub-dials on the classic Panda configuration aging to a beautiful even chocolate brown. Powered by the iconic Valjoux 72 (the calibre also beating inside the Paul Newman Daytona), this classic chrono has a lovely crisp silver dial with perfectly executed serifs and bold applied hour markers. The solid steel case was manufactured by Charles Gigandet with lovely Speedmaster-style Lyre lugs and has seen very little wear over the last 50–60 years.
