Audemars Piguet
Quantieme Perpetuel "Skeleton"
Perpetual Calendar Diamonds
Serviced by Audemars Piguet and under their official warranty for two years. One of the rarest and most impressive AP perpetual calendars we've ever had. Produced in 1984, in a only a handful of examples, our ultra-thin yellow gold Quantieme Perpetual is numbered '005' on the caseback. Powered by the '2120' calibre, which at 3.95mm thick was the thinnest automatic perpetual calendar movement in the world. The intricate skeleton dial (with diamond hour markers), and hand engraved central rotor are a feat of engineering and craftmanship, only reserved for the most important timepieces. The generous 36mm bezel and yellow gold (full length) integrated bracelet are factory-set by AP with round brilliant diamonds, and the overall effect is mesmirising. Accompanied by the Audemars Piguet extract from archive confirming its date of sale as June 1984 & AP service card from Dec. 2020.
