One of Patek's sportiest dual-times, this is the large 42mm white gold Calatrava Pilot Travel Time ref. 5524G.

Patek's master watchmakers have created a timepiece that displays multiple time-zones, is highly legible, yet remains true to their legacy; this Calatrava from November 2021 does exactly that. It features an attractive blue varnished dial, large gold (luminous filed) numbers, and day/night indicators recessed into the dial. Note the additional skeleton hour hand - the white gold pushers on the case side are used to advance this forward to display your second time-zone. 

Powered by Patek's self-winding dual-time calibre 26‑330 S C FUS, waterproof to 60m, and fitted to a Patek Philippe calf leather strap, secured by its white gold PP clasp.
