Retailed by Watches of Switzerland Knightsbridge in June 1990, this solid yellow gold Lady Nautilus ref. 4700 is the only example for sale in the UK with its original Patek Philippe Certificat d'origin.
Benefitting from a recent service at Patek, this yellow gold 27mm Nautilus is in exceptional condition, and shows little or no wear to the case or bracelet. The crisp white 'sigma' dial features gold applied hour markers, and a nicely legible white print on black date at 3.
