116261 - Turn-O-Graph
An extremely important model in the history of Rolex. The Turn-O-Graph ref 6202 introduced in 1953 and was the very first Rolex to feature a rotating bezel; paving the way for the Submariner and GMT-Master.
Taking inspiration from the original 1953 Thunderbird, a model supplied by Rolex to the US air squadron, this 36mm Datejust 'Turn-O-Graph' features a rose gold Fluted rotating bezel, with 10 minute graduations, a sundust dial, with bright red moniker at 6, and a matching red date.
Re-introduced 50 years on, this 18ct Everose & steel example from 2003 is in outstanding condition, and complete with its Rolex box, booklets, green tag, and Rolex international warranty card dated December 2003.
Powered by Rolex's self-winding calibre 3135, waterproof to 100m and fitted to its robust two-tone Oyster bracelet, with summer/winter adjustment.
