1803 - Rare Red Quaters
The devil is in the detail, so what first appears to be a standard vintage Day-Date with plexiglass, actually has one of the rarest dial configurations of its time.
Produced in very small numbers, this gorgeous ivory white stepped dial with original tritium lume plots, features red quarter markers on its minute track. A tiny contrasting hint of colour that sets it apart from the regular Day-Date dials from that period.
Manufactured in 1972, this 36mm gentleman's Day-Date in yellow gold has just been treated to a full service at Rolex, Bond St.
Powered by the Rolex Self-Winding 1556 calibre, with quick-set day and date function, waterproof to 50m. Fitted to a brown calf leather strap and gold Rolex pin buckle. Covered by our 2-year comprehensive guarantee.
