The Sea-Dweller is perhaps the Rolex with the purest pedigree of all their watches; created as a tool for divers living undersea habitats in the late 1960s, the model saw only four variants in the first fifty years of its existence! This is the first 2021 model we have purchased. This latest model with the new high-precision Rolex calibre 3235 is fitted out with the full complement of Rolex innovations, including: 

• Black Cerachrom bezel, rotatable in one direction only for diver safety.
• Long-glow blue Chromalight luminous hour chapters, hands and bezel index.
• Glidelock quick adjustment to the stainless steel clasp.

Echoing the vintage "Double-Red" Sea Dwellers, this model has a matt black dial, giving it a more discreet appearance than earlier gloss-dial examples. Full set with box, booklets, swing tags and gilt-edged new-style Rolex warranty card (five years). This model like all serious Rolex, has an open-ended waiting list and insatiable demand on dry land.
