We ship all orders tracked and fully insured, within the UK and internationally. Depending on the destination, we use a variety of carriers including Royal Mail, DHL and FedEx, and selected private couriers.
Typical shipping times are:
UK and Continental Europe: 1-2 working days
United States: 2-4 working days
Rest of the world: 3-6 working days
Delivery time depends on factors including customs clearance; for consignments whose destination is outside the British mainland, the buyer usually has to pay import duties. Shipments to European Union do not attract import duties, although local VAT will be payable.
Shipping and insurance are free (Watch Club pays), unless a specialist courier has to be used, in which case we will make arrangements in advance.
Parcels are very well-packed in plain packaging. Once your order has been carefully packed and dispatched, we will send you shipping confirmation including tracking details.
